There was hair from gentials in my bed, really gross. When traveling a simple comfort of a microwave to warm your food is a small accommodation for your weary guest. I noticed the elevators were cleaned quite often for the guest, you can do the same for a microwave in the lobby. A microwave in the lobby would he this concern. My 74 year old mother had to eat cold food due to no microwave in the rooms. Hotel really needs a deep cleaning on the carpets in guest rooms and attention to the minor repairs inside the rooms.
